Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving them - all we ask is that you return items in a saleable condition, unworn, with the original packaging and labelling intact.
If you do wish to return your items, please drop us an email on: hêtre@hêtre.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for your return. We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.
We are not able to refund P&P charges or postage, Hêtre Shoes will not charge to send an exchange item to you. Please note that we advise you to obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) or preferably recorded post as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
